The biggest challenge was building an MVP without an existing user base. We needed to carefully target the product's features to ensure we could test the core functionalities as quickly as possible. The scope of the MVP evolved constantly as we balanced the need to release a working product with the desire to refine its key elements.
Developing the website was equally important, so we utilized the no-code platform Webflow to bring our vision to life. Alongside the website, we created a web app where users can experience how Stories works by exploring a few select locations. This allows them to get a feel for the story playback feature before downloading the app and diving deeper into their explorations.
