Depending on what your needs are, we offer a few levels of commitment.
Once you select a plan and cover the first invoice, we'll hop on a introductory call so you can meet your team – experienced designers, no-code developers and a project manager, who’s dedicated your project.
Apart of the meet & greet, we'll also use to the call dive deeper on understanding your business and the problems you're facing, so we have more context on how can we help you get the most ROI out of this.
We'll also answer questions, explain our process in greater detail and most importantly - set-up our kanban and discuss the first tasks.
Once we're on the same page on what you need, we'll dive right into it – you’ll get daily updates on our progress and we’ll tackle one task at the time on our Notion kanban.
That will give you a high-level overview on progress, while you'll get more detailed daily updates on a shared Slack channel. We try to leverage async communication as much as possible, so apart from Slack you can also expect Loom videos every now and then. That being said, we also recommend setting up a fixed weekly call to go over big-picture stuff, so if you have the time – we'd love to chat every week as well.
