We’re pretty easy to get along with, but here are a few things to keep in mind.

Partners in crime

Not like we’re doing anything shady! But it’s a good way to think about our relationship. Because when you hire us, it’s not a bunch of uninterested contractors whose only goal is to suck the most money out of you.

No — we’re here to understand your problems and deliver the best solutions. This means that we’re gonna challenge your ideas and choose what’s best for the project, not our ego.

So let’s do it, partner! Just like Batman & Robin (minus the nipple suit).

How we work

To manage our collaboration, we work in iterations. This means that instead of keeping you in the dark for weeks before revealing the final result, we share small previews every few days.

And because no project is the same, we don’t restrict the number of iterations we need to get to the final form. But let’s keep in mind that we are, at the end of the day, limited by this thing called budget. So we can’t iterate indefinitely.

How can you help us finish the work within our estimate? Remember to give us feedback on each iteration. The further we go, the harder it is to make changes.

How we communicate

Async enthusiasts

It’s hard to get your job done when you’re interrupted with calls every couple hours. To design, code or write you need long periods of sharp focus.

That’s why we’re fans of asynchronous communication (async).

Simply put, asynchronous communication is when you send a message without expecting an immediate response.
